Would you like 15 minute
consultation about your situation?
I offers a complimentary 15 minute consultation about your unique case where I can briefly review your situation and offer you initial treatment options and/or make referrals to best address your particular situation. The help you need may be just a phone call away!
You create your own life, but sometimes life throws you a loop and you can’t see how to create the life you want.
When you’re happy, fulfilled, and living the life of your dreams, it’s much easier to achieve goals, be a contributing member of society, and be helpful to others. Your well-being and enthusiasm make great natural fuel for innovation, positive interactions, and deeper connections with others.
But, from time to time, problems emerge that can feel overwhelming. Troubles and trying situations that you can’t seem to solve on your own or by waiting them out. Life can hand you one-time events that shake you to the core, difficult family situations, or deal you a hand that you can’t seem to overcome. Leaving one to question who they are and why is this happening to me.
If your usual support system isn’t enough to help you move through the trying times, you can begin to live a shadow of the life you should be living. At times like these, an objective and unbiased, trained therapist can help you find a path to hope, happiness, and healing.
An experienced therapist can help identify thinking and behavioral patterns and uncover blocks that prevent you from experiencing happiness and achieving results. The therapist can help you process life transitions and disappointments, including grief and loss, help you gain new perspectives, improve the quality of your relationships, and reclaim your sense of personal power.
From time to time, everyone can use a little help.
My goal in individual counseling is to prepare clients for healthy change and move from the path of overwhelm that they’re on to a path of clarity and empowerment. Clients and I work together to help identify the situation, find and implement solution(s), clear blocks, and create a safe place for change to thrive.
